Freshly baked sourdough bread, made in our small onsite bakery, is available for sale from the shop most Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. At present, due to repairs to the reservoir banks which are affecting our water supply, this is made with flour milled at Fosters Mill in Cambridgeshire, a traditional windmill and a member, like Worsbrough, of the Traditional Corn Millers Guild.
